The following General Conditions are related to the purchase done on www.liod.it website which belongs to LORAIN SRL via Industria n. 1 - 23017 Morbegno (SO) VAT number n. 00499020147
By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions described below. Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the Customer will print or save a copy of e-mail and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
ORDERS
It is possible to order through our e-commerce platform active 24/7. The information on the sizes is available and shown online.
PURCHASES
The customer can order the products in the catalog which can be viewed online on www.liod.it as described in the product details. The image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color, size and accessories shown in the figure.
The prices shown are inclusive of Italian VAT 22%.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed directly by the administration of LORAIN SRL through an e-mail sent to the e-mail address inserted by the Customer at the time of registration.
The customer is responsible for the information provided and ensures that it is correct. The data processed are used exclusively for the purposes related to them:
- shipping address and telephone: they will be sent to the courier exclusively for the delivery service (there will be no marketing activities). In case of missing phone number, it is impossible for us to activate the shipment, as this is mandatory for the courier.
- email address: for information or problems concerning the order and related activities; as well as sending the tracking code to track the shipment
- if the user has subscribed to the Newsletter service, he/she will receive periodically (max. 4 emails per month, approximately) Liod newsletters, containing news, offers, information relating to shops and new products.
Companies that require electronic invoicing must enter their complete data for electronic invoicing, including SDI / pec code (for Italian companies) and VAT number (Foreign companies). In case of lack of these data, the invoice cannot be issued (except for the Masks, which require agreement by email / telephone).
SHIPMENTS IN ITALY (THE INFORMATION FOLLOWING MAY VARY DUE TO COVID-19 EMERGENCY)
We ship throughout Italy, including islands, with the list of couriers shown in the cart page.
Order fulfillment within 4 working days (unless out-of-stock products or lack of raw materials).
Courier delivery in 2-3 working days (times vary significantly during seasonal peaks i.e. Black Friday, Christmas period...). LORAIN does not assume any responsibility for delays caused by the courier due to strikes, wrong address, hard to reach areas, person not available, etc ...
No packaging costs; no minimum order; fast shipping.
The contribution for shipping costs amounts to € 7.00 in Italy and is calculated automatically and shown before confirming the order. Any price differences, caused by remote areas according to the courier, will be at your expense. Our customer service will contact you before shipping the order, to confirm the address and any surcharge. Please view the locations (file always updated) on the TNT website.
For orders above € 140: free shipping in Italy.
SHIPMENTS IN THE E.U.
For member states of the European Union, shipping costs are shown before order confirmation. We do not ship in the countries where there is an official Liod retailer (see Retailers page).
SHIPMENTS ABROAD
Contact our office for the calculation of transport and/or customs costs if you belong to a non-EU country or a country not listed. We do not ship in the countries where there is an official Liod retailer (see Retailers page).
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The accepted methods of payment are the following:
1) Bank Transfer: No charge.
To be made only after our order confirmation e-mail.

ORDER CANCELLATION
The customer can cancel the order until it has been prepared. To cancel it, the user must contact us immediately by phone +39.0342.61.46.22 or email.
RETURNS
The exceptions to the right of withdrawal (art. 59 of the Consumer Code) also apply to our return policies. The following products cannot therefore be returned based on our Return Policy (except for defective products):
- items made to measure or clearly personalized or which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (the order cannot be canceled once it has been commissioned)
- sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery or in the case of products which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods
- for reasons of hygiene, it is not possible to return underwear
- if you have requested invoice or you have ordered as a business
The products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered to you.
If your intention is to return products, please write to info@liod.it your order details and name.
The purchased items must be returned intact, unused, not damaged, in their original, unopened packaging, without being worn or washed.
If the returned goods do not meet these requirements, it will not be possible to make the return.
In the event of withdrawal from the order, LORAIN SRL will send you a written confirmation for the return process. Only after that, the goods must be sent to the LORAIN SRL via Industria n. 1 23017 Morbegno (SO). The company will refund the amount retaining the transport costs and the commissions deriving from the payment operations (bank commissions deriving from the payment by credit card, cash on delivery, etc ...). In case of damages, there will be a quantification to be deducted.
Shipment costs for returning non-defective goods are charged to the customer and will not be refund.
As stated by the law, the maximum term for returns is established in 14 days from the date of delivery. Afterward this period, the package returned will not be accepted, even if the customer sent it to our company. Without authorization from the headquarters, sent packages will be rejected.
A possible product change can be requested only if accompanied by a receipt (originally shipped and placed inside the package). The document must be inserted in the package of the returned product. In the absence of this document, it will be impossible to request a return/refund (as stated by the Italian Tax Agency).
Once the return product arrives at the company, it is checked and approved or rejected. The shipping costs for the second shipment will be calculated based on the destination, according to the courier's tables.
The right of withdrawal lapses completely, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where it is ascertained:
- use or even partial use of the good
- the lack or damage of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
- damage to the product- the absence of integral elements of the product (receipt, parts, etc.)
- the protection sticker that seals the package has been removed/damaged
Purchases made online cannot be returned in store.
WARRANTY
All products sold by LORAIN SRL are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002. The 24-month warranty pursuant to this applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. The timing of replacement or repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer.
In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to return a product under warranty (restored or replaced) to its customer, LORAIN SRL may proceed at its discretion to refund the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics. No damage can be requested from LORAIN SRL for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
Any intervention carried out by personnel not authorized by LORAIN SRL will void the warranty immediately.
A warranty intervention leaves the duration of the product warranty period unchanged. The guarantee will not be valid in cases of improper use of the product.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The administration of LORAIN SRL tries to keep its website www.liod.it updated as much as possible.
Although prices, descriptions, images, applications and in any case all the information on this site are correct, they may contain errors, inaccuracies, publication errors, be updated and updatable at any time and never for this reason LORAIN SRL can be held responsible for them.
LORAIN SRL cannot be held liable to any person for particular, indirect or consequential damages, shipping delays, connected with this material.
The sales contract between the Customer and LORAIN SRL is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
